We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the booked service.
Wear whatever is comfortable. You’ll undress to your comfort level in a private room and remain professionally draped with fresh linens throughout your treatment.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to complete a brief intake form, enjoy a cup of tea and settle in. Late arrivals may shorten your session.
Gratuity is not included in our prices. It’s always appreciated and at your discretion — 18–20% is customary.
Yes — our Prenatal Massage is performed by therapists trained in pregnancy care, using supportive side-lying positioning. We recommend it after the first trimester and suggest checking with your doctor first.
